Create have teamed up with a family run streetwear/casual wear brand, who are viral sensations via social media. This influential family have taken Youtube by storm and have now created a clothing brand to do the same.

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Creative Manager with experience in young women’s’ fashion. This role will suit a talented, all-round creative person, with more than 3 years’ experience in creative content. This person must be a team player, who will live and breathe our brand, helping to grow it and working on new product and collaboration launches. The Creative Manager will report into the Head of Commercial Strategy in this small, fast-growing business and be responsible for managing the creative look and feel across graphics, email, social, web, shoot creative and content. You will direct and manage brand campaigns, events, and communication. We are a hands-on, close-knit team, with an ambitious and fast-paced culture, looking for a creative and commercially minded individual who loves young fashion, to join us.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Works to help shape and create a strong, defined brand identity that appeals to the target customer

• Works to establish the brand values and vision and to help curate the direction of the brand to meet the aspirations of the target customer

• Works with Founders, Brand Ambassadors, Collaborators, and Influencers to increase brand awareness amongst target customers, through engaging creative content

• Works cross-functionally to ensure the brand’s look and feel translates into everything we do

• Keeps up to date on trends within young women’s fashion, content and communication and feed this knowledge to the wider team

• Manages, and populates the Creative and Marketing Calendar

• Uses commercial knowledge and industry insights to assist the Founders to build the launch pipeline for multiple product drops

• Owns the brand content for several product launches across the year, including on-line product drops, influencer events and pop-ups

• Creates briefs and manages photo shoots and content writing, agreeing on costs with the Founders, and establishing a distinctive brand “look” for imagery, and the right “tone of voice” for associated copy

• Works with the social media and Events Manager to create an on-brand narrative, copy and content across all customer interaction points

• Ensures all artwork and copy is ready and approved on time

• Works with the Founders to understand sales volumes and rates of growth / decline in trends and customer communication techniques, using internal data and knowledge of the industry, to propose new product launches and marketing activity

About you:

• 3+ years’ experience in creative content, with a focus on visual assets

• Competency using Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant content creation tools

• A proven track record for product launches is desirable but not essential

• Strong organization skills and good ability to multitask and manage timelines and workload

• A flexible, positive outlook

• A high level of creativity and innovation

• Love for the fashion industry
