Create have partnered with an prestigious Luxury Fashion brand based in West London who are looking for a freelance luxury customer relation candidate to support their team as they grow.

It is important that you are knowledgeable within this field and have vast experience client facing in the luxury market.

This role is a full time freelance position with an immediate start.

• Have a passion for CRM systems and be very tech savvy
• Support the client management teams when place orders
• Have the capability to work as part of a team by sharing knowledge and demonstrating flexibility with regard to hours and days of work.
• Be able to support Private Shopping outside trading hours when necessary
• It is key that you have the ability to maintain strong relationship and work closely with private client advisors managers.
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Have a deep understanding and have worked previously with an elevated clientele
• Help to support the relationships between the private management teams and the client
• Carry out administrative tasks
• Must be a team-player
• Strong communication skills
• Have a professional work attitude
• Be a brand ambassador
• Must remain very discreet and keep all client information confidential
