Production manager

Create have teamed up with a multi product supplier who are seeking a hands-on and proactive Production Manager to own the entire product lifecycle. With your technical knowledge, organizational skills and problem-solving mindset you will lead the production and manufacturing chain to deliver each season in line with the brand vision, market calendar and financial requirements. The ideal candidate will have a pro-active attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to deliver exceptional results.

Responsible for the OVERALL planning, management, procurement, supervision and control of the manufacturing processes, (manufacturing CLOTHES for REAL PEOPLE AT WORK)to ensure goods and services are produced efficiently, in the correct amounts, at the right cost and level of quality.

Responsible for the PEOPLE MANAGEMENT and DEVELOPMENT of the Production Team.

To effectively OVERSEE and manage the PRODUCTION (including bulk Fabrics & Raw Materials, Sets & Wearer Trials) aspects of the critical path to facilitate on-time delivery for all orders. Enable the best margin for every product and every order. Utilise the company systems to the maximum level to achieve efficiency and transparency across all tasks.

To ensure all sourcing, development and manufacturing of GARMENTS is carried out in line with the Ethical, Sustainable and Environmental objectives of the company.

Points to Note:

  • Travel within the UK and Internationally is required in this role.
  • Logistics and QC planning will be handled between Logistics and Garment Techs, except when Logistics on annual leave. This will then be the responsibility of the Production Team
