Create have teamed with a Ladies Fast Fashion supplier based in North London.
They are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to manage and grow B2B relationships in the womenswear sector. As a key member of our commercial team, you will represent our company—a leading fashion supplier specializing in women’s apparel—to high-street retailers, online brands, and private label clients. Your role will involve overseeing sales, from client engagement and product presentation to order final confirmations
They are looking for a dynamic person with GOOD CONTACTS IN THE BUSINESS and familiar with short lead supply of predominantly ladies soft woven and jersey. The ability to bring in additional accounts and also manage existing house accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned womenswear clients (e.g., fashion brands, online retailers, department stores).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships by understanding clients’ seasonal needs, target markets, and style direction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, showroom appointments, and virtual presentations.
Sales Growth & New Business:
- Identify new sales opportunities within the womenswear market, including private label partnerships and OEM/ODM collaborations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product pitches based on trend relevance, price competitiveness, and production capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and order volumes to achieve profitable outcomes.
Product Development & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal design and development teams to present seasonal collections aligned with client needs.
- Manage sample development, tech pack approvals, and revisions to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Planning & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client order books, and revenue reports.
- Monitor market trends in womenswear—including silhouettes, fabrics, and color palettes—and share insights with product teams and work closely with design teams and fabric suppliers
- Provide regular updates on account performance, sales pipelines, and risk mitigation plans.
Trade & Market Engagement:
- Represent the company at relevant womenswear trade shows, exhibitions, and fashion weeks.
- Keep up to date with competitor activity and shifting demands in the global womenswear market.

THIS IS A SALES ROLE, YOU WILL BE HANDED A FEW CLIENTS ,BUT THEY WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS CONTACTS THEY CAN BRING TO THE BUSINESS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales/account management experience in the fashion industry, ideally within womenswear.
- Proven experience working with fashion retailers, private label brands, or sourcing agencies.
- Solid understanding of womenswear categories (e.g., dresses, tailoring, tops, outerwear) and seasonal development timelines.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and sales planning systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in both fast fashion womenswear markets.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, and sustainability trends.
