Senior Accessories Designer

Location: West Sussex | Department: Design | Type: Full-Time

Create have teamed with, a leading British luxury brand, is looking for a Senior Accessories Designer to join our creative team. This is a key role responsible for developing seasonal collections across handbags, small leather goods, scarves, belts, gifting and more—translating the brand’s heritage into innovative, commercially strong designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal colour and concept stories in line with creative direction.
• Lead the design of technical CADs and design packs across product categories.
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure accurate prototyping and construction.
• Mentor the Design Team and manage design workflow to critical path deadlines.
• Research new trends, materials, hardware, and methods of craftsmanship.
• Partner with the Chairman and Product Director to build strategic, market-aligned collections.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in accessories or leather goods design, ideally in luxury/premium fashion.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction, and CAD drawing (Adobe Illustrator).
• Creative, commercially minded, and confident leading cross-functional design work.
• Excellent communicator and team mentor with a passion for detail and innovation.

This role is based full-time from our client’s office in West Sussex
