Our client is a luxury womenswear brand celebrated for its red-carpet presence and international celebrity following. We are seeking an Atelier Coordinator to join the London-based atelier team.
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end atelier operations, ensuring seamless production of online and private client orders while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will work closely with production, quality, and global teams to support both day-to-day workflow and VIP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee garment flow through all atelier stations, ensuring quality at every stage.
Allocate work to tailors based on skill and priority to maximize efficiency.
Liaise with international ateliers to align on timelines and production standards.
Support VIP and private client orders with detailed QC and timely delivery.
Maintain and update systems, tech packs, BOMs, and patterns for smooth operations.
Promote collaboration, process improvements, and adherence to atelier protocols.
Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience within the luxury or premium fashion industry.
Strong understanding of garment construction, product development, and production processes.
Hands-on knowledge of pattern cutting, machining, size, and fit.
Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Full-time, atelier-based role in London.
