Create have teamed up with a high-end bespoke design and clothing manufacturers in London.

They are currently looking for an Account Manager to join a growing team and will work alongside their Head of Client Services. This is an exciting role that will allow you to work with with extensive existing supply chain partners in Men's and Womenswear high end bespoke garment production.

This is a full time position 5 days a week in the office/NO HYBRID

Job spec includes:

• Daily communication with clients to maintain high levels of service and quality for the brand

• Handle Client enquiries – working cross-functionally with departments to service needs

• Make regular enquiries with clients about performance and stock levels of uniforms

• Generate new and repeat orders from existing client base

• Liaise closely and work with clients on repeat orders, finalising quotes and obtaining

Purchase Order’s

• Ensure prices and minimums are accurate on quotes and client POs received

• Work closely with production to monitor delivery dates to manage client expectations

• Co-ordinate measuring/fittings sessions with clients

• Generate customer orders and delivery notes in specialist software

• Consolidate client orders for delivery – working with the Finance team on invoicing clients

on despatched goods

• Create Commercial invoices for shipments to clients– including international shipping quotes

• Ship client orders/samples to clients as needed, along with the Production & Tech team

• Ensure client price lists are reviewed annually for each client

• Ensure clients have accurate care guides for all products

• Assist with On-site installations of uniform collections – International and Domestic

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Well presented, needs energy and savvy

• Great attention to detail (essential), ability to carry out client meetings & presentations

• Excellent computer skills – very important

• Perfect candidate will be logical, practical and organised. Have great time management

skills.

• Able to travel – Local & international
