Renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, artisanal techniques, and a distinctive approach to modern luxury, our client has built a strong global reputation for creating beautifully crafted collections and bespoke pieces. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented coordinator to support both their Collection and Bespoke teams.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a luxury fashion business, ensuring the smooth coordination of seasonal collection development and bespoke client projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fittings, appointments, timelines, garment tracking, and project administration, while acting as a key point of communication across Design, Pattern Cutting, Fabric, Retail, Press, and Production teams.
Working across both Collection and Bespoke, you will help ensure materials, information, schedules, and trackers are maintained to the highest standard, enabling seamless workflows and exceptional execution. You will also support VIP requests and special projects, helping to deliver the outstanding level of service and craftsmanship for which the brand is known.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience within a luxury fashion brand, couture house, or atelier environment, alongside a strong understanding of fittings, alterations, and bespoke processes. You will be an exceptional organiser, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with excellent communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
