Create Recruitment have partnered with an internationally recognised womenswear fashion brand to recruit an experienced Senior Product Developer for their London team based in the West End. Known for creating trend-led, premium collections with a strong focus on fit and silhouette, the brand is looking for someone who can bring exceptional technical expertise and attention to detail to their product development function.

This role will sit within the Product Development team and take ownership of the technical garment process from initial sampling through to bulk production. A key focus will be on fit, construction, and finishing, particularly around internal support structure development across dresses and tops. Working closely with Design, Buying, and suppliers, you will play a vital role in ensuring consistency, quality, and premium execution across every collection.

The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience within product development or garment technology, ideally within womenswear. Strong technical knowledge across fit, garment construction, and finishing is essential, while experience working with structured, bust-focused silhouettes and built-in support construction would be highly advantageous. You will also be confident managing supplier relationships, troubleshooting production challenges, and operating effectively within a fast-paced fashion environment.
