They are now looking for a Footwear & Accessories Technologist to join our Quality (Technical) team, working across Men’s & Women’s mainline and collection ranges.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Footwear & Accessories Technologist, you’ll have full technical ownership of product from SMS through to bulk production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability.

You’ll collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Production and our global supply base to:

Advise on construction, components and measurements at development stage

Assess and comment on samples, influencing product decisions early

Own fittings, graded size charts, testing and approvals

Manage critical paths, sample trackers and production readiness

Review fabric and trim testing, certifications and care label accuracy

Support responsible and sustainable material choices

Liaise with suppliers, factories and third-party testing bodies

Assess production samples, AQL reports and shipment readiness

Use feedback from retail, distribution and returns to improve future product

About you

You’ll bring:

Strong technical knowledge of footwear & accessories construction and manufacturing

Understanding of REACH, product safety and risk analysis

Experience reviewing fabric & trim testing and lab reports

Confidence in decision-making, problem-solving and cross-functional communication

A structured, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple seasons

Experience with PLM systems (Interlink preferred)

Strong IT skills (Excel essential; Illustrator a bonus)
