An internationally recognised premium lifestyle label known for its distinctive aesthetic, high-impact campaigns, and strong digital presence is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the next phase of brand growth across key global markets.

Based in London, this role will focus on shaping and delivering integrated marketing initiatives across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wider brand activity. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will help drive strategic direction while collaborating across multiple departments to ensure cohesive execution across all customer touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and evolution of the brand’s overarching marketing strategy in partnership with CEO.
• Lead the planning and execution of campaign activity across launches, brand initiatives, and commercial trading periods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams spanning creative, digital, customer engagement, soial, paid media, CRM, online trading, and retail operations.
• Oversee marketing projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning across channels.
• Track and monitor campaign performance and reporting, using insights to optimise future activity.
• Contribute fresh market insight and creative thinking, particularly with regard to UK and European consumer and cultural trends.

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years’ experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing.
• Demonstrated success delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance brand storytelling and commercial objectives.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative and commercial teams.
• Strong awareness of contemporary fashion, culture, and consumer trends across the UK and Europe.
