Create are working with various designers and brand across London who are looking for Garment Tech’s of all levels to support their teams on freelance basis This role will require you to complete PP sign off, fittings, QC and factory visits, whilst maintaining required quality levels.

About the role …
·Creation of accurate garment construction – engineered to support margin requirements and production capabilities.
·Support design in the development of product maintaining required aesthetic integrity.
·Participation in pre-production fittings and management of comments and size charts to pattern and production teams.
·Accurate measurement of garments for fit meeting
·Accurate management of software admin and data input – fit, construction comments and size charts.
·Creation of seasonal line list and maintenance of sealing tracker
·Identification of and management of risk attributes within garments
·Management of blocks and constructional quality standards
·Support in the sealing process for production handover
·Participation of creation and management of product standards and manuals
·Identify opportunities for cost engineering improvement.

About you …
·Knowledge of apparel construction & fit
·Pattern cutting and grading skills would be an advantage
·Manufacturing experience
