Create have teamed up with a Luxury Fashion brand in Menswear .

An innovative contemporary fashion brand, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production & Development Coordinator to join the team.

You will be responsible for the development and production of high end quality products for the seasonal collections, in close collaboration with the design team.

You will help oversee the end-to-end execution of product development through to product delivery for seasonal collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Design team to develop initial concept stage through final production sample across 70-120 SKUs per season
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical spec sheets for all products including measurements, materials, construction methods, and sourcing
  • Create and manage critical path timelines. Ensure product development process adheres to critical path timelines.
  • Assist Design team in choosing and sourcing best-suited fabrics, trims and factories based on quality, performance, cost parameters and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing in line with targets, and place production orders with network of manufacturers.
  • Oversee prototyping, sampling, and multiple fit iterations for each
  • Organise fitting sessions on samples to be made for production.
  • Review all samples and patterns, provide feedback to factories, and ensure alignment to brand quality standards.
  • Responsible for production execution .
  • Organise shipping logistics and final delivery to warehouse for wholesale and e-commerce distribution.
  • Communicate with suppliers and factories on day to day operations.
  • Make overseas factory visits for pre-production reviews and new collection launches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant apparel production and development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical design, patternmaking, sampling, costing, sourcing, manufacturing
  • Experience working with Zedonk or PLM systems a bonus but not a necessity
  • Strong knowledge of excel and familiarity with adobe suite
  • Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • University degree in fashion design, product development is a bonus but not essential
